The Scholars Circle
Each year I accept 5 students for intensive preparation in a small group setting. I use the same techniques I apply with graduate doctors and students at Oxford. Together, we transform how they present themselves—moving from simply 'scoring marks' to demonstrating how their skills and experiences meet the demands of medical practice. They learn to show universities and interviewers that they already embody professional values and understand how to build a sustainable career that meets patients' needs.
